Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning:
- Develop and implement engaging and well-structured lesson plans aligned with the school's English curriculum and educational standards.
- Integrate various teaching methods, technologies, and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Utilize a variety of teaching materials, including textbooks, worksheets, multimedia resources, and real-life examples.
2. Instruction and Classroom Management:
- Deliver lessons that promote active student participation, critical thinking, and skill development in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages respect, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing discipline strategies that are consistent with the school's policies and guidelines.
3. Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
- Design and administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate students' language proficiency and track their progress over time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Primary English Teacher or similar role.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
